𓆸 $20 flat rate shipping fee applies for international orders. I offer shipping to most countries world wide (please read tax info below if purchasing from overseas).
𓆸 $10 flat rate shipping for regular parcel post to NZ.
Packaging and handling will take 1-2 days. Most domestic orders will arrive between 3-7 days after shipping, and international orders may take between 2-6 weeks.
*Orders placed near the holidays may take an additional few days to ship due to heavy volume. Please be aware of this if your package is needed by a certain time and place your order early to plan accordingly.
MODIFYING EXISTING ORDERS
Please double-check all information and cart carefully before placing your order, as I am unable to make changes to the order once it has been processed. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund, and another order can be placed if any changes need to be made. Contact me here for a cancellation request.
TAX INFO, SHIPPING CUSTOMS CHARGES
If you purchasing internationally outside of Australia, please be aware that your country may charge import duty fees upon parcels entering your country.
Custom policies and charges vary from country to country so please check you local postal and custom service to check before purchasing. Please contact me via email if you are still unsure.
All additional customs charges that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient receiving the parcel.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES and CANCELLATIONS
Please double-check all of your information ahead of time to be sure your order is correct. If you receive the wrong item, or your package arrives damaged, please notify me as soon as possible here and I will make arrangements to correct the issue. (Be sure to include the order number in your message).
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Please notify me here as soon as possible for a cancellation request. I cannot guarantee a cancellation that is requested after 24 hours because the order may have been shipped already, but I will do my best to accommodate!
Full exchange or returns are applicable on full priced products within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be shipped back in the same condition as they were delivered.
Customers must pay any return shipping costs and ensure a tracking number for parcel
